The Candidates have to intimate about the confirmation for attending the GD/PI before 21st March, 2011 by sending a mail to admissions@spm.pdpu.ac.in including the details i.e. Name, CAT Registration No., Merit No. and GD/PI Scheduled date. |

The Candidates has to come along with the all relevant original document and one self-attested copy of each document at the time of GD/PI. |

| 4. |
If a candidate is unavailable on the date of GD and PI, he/she may request admission office to reschedule his GD and PI on other two available dates before 21st March 2011 by sending a mail to admissions@spm.pdpu.ac.in. |

| 5. |
All expenses for attending the GD and PI are to be borne by the candidate. During GD & PI refreshment and lunch arrangement will be made by the Institute. |

| 6. |
The Candidate appearing for the GD & PI is required to report atleast one hour in advance as per the schedule and register with Admission Desk. |

| 7. |
The candidate reaching late on the same day is required to report to Admission Desk who may accommodate him/her in next session in the same day if possible. The candidate will not be allowed any other schedule. |

| 8. |
A candidate is required to be present personally for Counseling and Admission at the scheduled place, time and date. |
| |
|
| 9. |
If the Candidate is unavailable due to serious illness/accident or unavoidable circumstances, his / her guardian is required to obtain the prior approval of the Admission Committee along with the authority letter from the student and documentary evidence showing reason for absence. The Admission Committee’s decision shall be binding in this regard. The prior approval should be obtained at least 3 days before to GD & PI schedule as prescribed. |

Before appearing for GD & PI , verification of all the documents of the candidate including mark sheets, CAT 2010 Score Card, Identity Proof, Experience Certificate and Caste Certificate (from Competent Authority as notified by the Government) will be undertaken by the Admission Committee. Each candidate will be required to submit a character certificate from the University/Institute) last attended, certifying that the applicant has not taken part in any activity subversive of the rules, regulations and discipline of the institution, and that the applicant has never used unfair means in any examination conducted by the institution. |

The candidate is required to appear for GD and PI as per instruction given at the Institute. |

The final list of selected and waitlisted candidates will be put on the website on 4th April, 2011. |
